It's okay for a microwave but I use to have one that much more features like a sensor that won't let you over heat food.

i'm not used to a microwave that heats/cooks so fast. What used to take 5 minutes in my old microwave takes 2 in this one.

A little disappointing

The controls and overall appearance of this unit are really good. I like all the flexibility of cooking choices and timing features. The reason I rated it lower is because of the interior shelf. The position of the shelf is so low that it is impossible to use the shelf and the turntable simultaneously, and the shelf is not at all sturdy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good microwave...so far....

I recently upgraded my kitchen and bought this microwave to replace my countertop one. I really like that it is over the range. I haven't used it that much, yet. One thing I noticed is the right portion of the door sloped a little bit after it was installed. It seems like a small part of the hinge is missing...........

Remodeled my kitchen and installed this above our range. The microwave has a great size and power, it is visually appealing. The one negative is the fan for venting sounds like a jet engine, yet is not very effective. Still a good product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Won't shut off when door is open

We bought our brand new house in 2012. The microwave was here when we bought. Now, it's acting up. It only works when the door is open! Very bizarre. Trying to troubleshoot it.... Will keep you posted.
