Completely broke after 2.5 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was very happy but then a few of the panel buttons stopped working and now eventually none of them work. The cost of repair is more than the microwave's full price. With a tight budget, I'm bummed it will be a while before we buy a another one and can have the convenience of a microwave again.

Broke down after being used for a year

This microwave turned out to be poor quality. It worked well for a year but suddenly appears to have a flaw where it still keeps on running even when the door of the microwave is open. I have not been able to fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Installation was easy, as the existing mounting hardware worked for the new microwave. We've had the new microwave for several months and it works great. Have not learned to use all the functions, but the one-touch start for 1 - 6 minutes is great, as is the add 30 seconds feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good microwave but prone to malfunction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great microwave, but every few weeks there seems to be an electrical issue that requires the microwave to be unplugged overnight before it will work again. The touchpad loses power and doesn't function, even as the stovetop light remains on. This electrical malfunction takes places regardless of where the microwave is plugged in.

Fits my space and my taste!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently had our kitchen redone and had to coordinate our appliances around a refrigerator that would fit a narrow space. We found a GE model that fit the bill perfectly, and then also purchased a great range and this microwave that coordinated perfectly, right down to the curve of the handle! I love my GE appliances! Great value for the money, great performance and appearance!

Disappointed bought stainless, expected stainless but front and handle are stainless looking but not true stainless
