great product for me very happy with my decision

i own a small condo and my washer dryer space i thought was only big enough for a small stack washer dryer unit. i was really unhappy with my options until i found this machine. It has all the options of a real full size washer and dryer and takes up only the space of a washer. This is truly an amazing machine.
it is important you not overload the washer if you want your clothes to dry. but if you manage your loads you will be very happy with the results. you will learn to love the fact you don't have to move the clothes from the washer to the dryer. i put a load of clothes in the washer when i leave in the morning for work, set the timer and when i get home the clothes are just finishing. it is awsome to be able to wash and dry a load of clothes while you are at work, and have it finish as you arrive home. highly recommend this washer

So far, it has met all My needs! Exceptionally Pleased with this product! I have read reviews and disagree with a lot of them as I have figured out how to troubleshoot drying issues! Beats going to the Laundrymat!

great for no water hookups

I have this set up as a portable hook up to the sink. I love that I don't have to lug my wash downstairs to the laundry room. Everything is great except the spin cycle. It can get pretty rough and shake alot. It would also be better if the wheels that come with the kit were more heavy duty.

Ideal for apartments, condo/towhouse or any residence in which space is limited. Great product for small families that only require light to medium use for washing & drying. The ventless system is extremely efficient, some items may take longer to dry but with features you can program wash/drying cycles before leaving for work or to run weekend errands. Also by adding the pedestal it creates convenient storage capacity; less square footage is used compared to other combination washer/dyer units.

I was skeptical. Read some reviews that it would smell, drains poorly, break down. It does not smell. It does not drain poorly. It hasn't broken down. Now, it is not that old. As a result, I paid extra for the longer warranty. And honestly, since this is a product that is not what I would normally use for a washer/dryer, I am glad I have the security of this added protection. It is so convenient to be able to wash/dry all-in-one. But if you like it the old fashioned way you can just set it for wash, take some things out, and then set for dry. It doesn't take long to wash at all. Drying is longer, but as long as you know this up front...no worries, just set it for a long time and do your thing, come back, and your set. Only thing is you need to drain the one hose and clean the filter monthly. Easy to do, but you don't have to do anything like that on a regular...well then again I guess you have to clean out the filter every time in a regular washer and dryer set up. Anyway, extremely happy I have this. I just hope they have this exact same one when this wears out...hopefully not for a very long time. I wouldn't get the smaller one...not if there are 2 people or more. This is a perfect size for the 2 of us. Anyway, barring any unforeseen circumstances...I highly recommend this product.

Washer smells terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m super disappointed in this washer. No matter what I do it smells. Very expensive and I’d rather have my old school top loader. Has not been worth the money at all.
