easy to set up. Menu screen needs a light and is hard to reay unless room it well lighted. Need more instruction on printer face. Ink is expensive. Label screen is very small and hard to enter labels. Will not accept .\/,. or other values. For the price it is a good value.

How did I ever survive?

I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to own the Epson all-in-one. I was disconnecting my seperate scanner, printer, and fax machine and didn't really realize how much space all three machines required. Now that I have this all-in-one I can sit anywhere in the house and print photos, documents, and send faxes wirelessly from my laptop. How did I ever survive without this machine?

The Workforce 520 Epson is great. I have everything I need to get my tasks accomplished. The quality of its printing is outstanding. I also like the fact that it's wireless, so it is easier to handle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this all-in-one does a nice job for the money. I find the fax function a little confusing when using the control panel. Still haven't been able to fax from computer because of inability to bring up interface. Loading paper is a major hassle. Ink cartridges are good price but hold too small amount of ink. I like the speed of print as well as the quality. Haven't tried photos yet. Very easy to make copies.

The paper tray snapped off easily, before we even got it out of the box. Had to go back to the store to swap it out.
You need two ink cartridges for black. It comes with one.
You need a USB A to B cable...not included, unless you want to key everything in via the printer tabs up and down.
Not sure how the whole thing operates yet...I am hoping it is easier than the unsimple installation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a excellent printer and very easy to use.
I had orginally purchased another brand and was have a great deal of problems inserting the ink cart. and when I called that Mfg. I was told I should up-grade to a different model at appx $100.00 more, because the model I purchased was one of the one that were the hardest to insert the ink cart.So, I decided on your workforce 520, and I am glad I did

I am trying to set up printer, but is not working because Microsoft Window 2010 does not recognize it. Can you help? I don't have the money to spend on nothing else. I am a single mom.
