Ok, I have only had this printer set up for less than one day and here is what I hate about it so far. The paper input area. The paper does NOT feed in easily and when it grabs the paper to print the test page it pulls the paper to the left and misfeeds the paper causing a paper jam.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had printers in the past but this one beats them all. The easy set up the quality of the prints just makes it the best. I love it. Thank you Epson.

I would definitely recommend this printer. I use a lot of color and card stock with my jewelry business and this printer hasn't jammed on me yet for the 5 months that I have had it so far.

This system is quite the printer I have been in search of! I am glad that it is quiet, wireless and easy to set up. The printing is excellent, fax reception great along with copies being almost like originals.
I would, however, look forward to when a feature in installed on the one of the upgraded Workforce to be able to download images from a camera through a link or the camera's simcard.

Otherwise, the system is exceptional!
It is recommended for purchase as the price is reasonable with great features. The scan feature works, by the way- just need the additional feature for camera's simcard photos.

My New Workforce 520....

Very nice machine, worked right out of the box (after software installation, or course) with no problems. My only small gripe is that it is a bit noisy when printing, but no more than my other Epson printers. FAX works easily and intuitively, no problems there. I especially like the ability of Epson printers to use inexpensive after-market refillable ink cartridges. I have been using those things on an old C120 for over a year, with no problems at all. Can't tell the difference in inks, though over time I would expect that the aftermarket inks will probably fade more than the DuraBrite inks. Haven't seen anything like that up to now, but let's see 10 years from now......

The set up was a breeze and as always a quality product from Epson. I was able to set up print and fax within 10 minuites. I amazed my parents (they are 76 years young) and myself with the ablity to print wirelessly and this feature is a must have with 3 laptops in the house.The printing time and quality is top notch.
I will always recommened Epson products to family and friends.
