Bought a refurb, easy to set up the fax, scanner everything pretty much did it itself.so I guess good software...love it!

Best All-In-One printer I've bought!
Installation was easy, prints fast, although scanning is not very fast, but still a god speed.

Setup is a horror

Just completed the setup. Took almost four hours. The drivers on the setup were outdated. They didn't include the required unique USB cable, and I had to use the manual setup using the printer keys. It took a long time to setup but looking forward to being able to print and fax from my laptop.
I also had to download the drivers for my laptop to set it up. This only took 1 1/2 hours but it now works.

A very fast printer...accurate too. Easy to set up for all the features. Like the document feeder especially for multi page faxes.

I love my printer. I love the fact that it prints way more pages than major competitors using the same ink cartridge and that keeps the cost of ink down.

Fast, wireless which is great when I use my laptop (which is 99% of the time), prints beautifully and is great on ink mileage! Love the top loader for multiple pages or scan for individual ones. I've owned 3 different printers and this is by far the best! Highly recommend.

Wireless printing!

Nice printer. Software installation was without a hitch for Windows 32 bit. However, if you have Windows 64 bit, you will have to download the appropriate driver from the Epson.com/support web site. Telephone help was good and resolved my issue.
The printer is fast, sharp images and the only cord required is the power connection!
I would recommend this to a friend!
