I almost didn't buy a wireless printer b/c in my experience I just knew it would take multiple phone calls to a tech to get it installed correctly, and that always means frustration. I was so delighted when I was able to set it up with absolutely no difficulty, and all by myself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Difficult Installation

Installing the printer is very difficult. Over and over again you get a message "Some files necessary for setup are not installed." You then have to go to Epson's website and install approximately 8 updates, and you're not even sure which ones you need, because the error message is vague.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing purchase

I just purchased the Workforce 520 about two weeks ago. Was disappointed when I found out it was not compatible with printing from my iPhone and iPad. I thought if it was wireless it would work with both. Still thinking about taking it back and getting one that will work with my Apple products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Quality

I just received my printer on 5/16/2011 and installation was very easy and the wifi feature is great. I can print a document from the other room and the speed of the printer either has it ready or almost ready by the time I enter the room with the printer in it. Printer has excellent quality printing and fast printing speed. Haven't used the fax yet but have copied many documents and copys come out very crisp and clear. Great product and great price!
