I purcased the workfiorce520 as part of a new system . I was attracted to it for its major feature , it was inexpensive.
More importantly it is an all in one. I have tried all its features except the fax , all work beautifully. To date i have no regrets.
I would invest in another epson printer no questions asked. Good job. Thanks.

I just bought this printer today. I had it up and running with no glitches in about 40 minutes, wireless and all. Had no problems installing and setting up. Just followed instructions to the tee. I have used every feature but the fax so far. Every printer I have owned in the past has been a real bummer ( which was 3 other brands). Therefore I have stayed away from printers in general as they are a hassle to use. Once I hooked this printer up it started working right away, wireless and all. Prints, copies and scans so easily and items look picture perfect. I would highly recommend this printer as a great buy. 10 stars so far as I am concerned. Thanks Epson

I love this printer. I t has wifi, a flatbed like I want. Its so compact and space saver in small places. The only thing is the ink go out too fast, but I love the ink level that I can check to see how much ink I have.
I would recommend this to a friend!

great workhorse

This all in one was a great bargain to replace the small utility printer that quit. I have always had the utmost respect for Epson; having bad experiences with a multitude of other brands. After the initial print job of 256 2-sided printing job the machine became quite loud. So I checked the option of "quiet mode" and voila. The separate ink cartridges is a money saving feature. I love this printer and now I have a fresh new scanner to boot!

What a great buy

I bought this on 5-10-2011 up and runing everything that I needed it to do on the 12th before noon. I did a fax, made 200 copies, scaned a doc. and was on the phn with tec support several times and it was a great experance. You won't go wrong using an Epson product, this is our 2nd all in one printer , left the other in AZ for the summer. The best part of the whole deal is the PRICE, cant beat it or the tec support.

I am very pleased with the quality of the printer. The wireless connection offers great ease of use. The only complaint I have is that the wireless connection has disappeared twice without any obvious reason. The Epson customer service techs were extremely helpful and solved the problem both times. I suspect it has something to do with Microsoft.

Exceptional Product Easy Set up

I am not technologically inclined when it comes to setting up electronics. I must say however, that after reviewing the positive feedback for this All In One Printer, I purchased and just completed set up. I waited a week before attempting to set up this unit. Surprisingly easy for anyone like me.
The print quality is exceptional; the noise when printing is moderate and tolerable. So far I am highly satisfied with making this selection. The purchase price was better than most units and I feel like I have a top quality printer. Additionally, I appreciate the seperate cartridge colors to reduce excessive spending when replacements will be needed. Anyone who has ever worked in an office knows that commercial machines use these type of cartidges and some colors deplete more quickly than others. This will give more "bang for the buck" as well.
The wireless abilities are fabulous and I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a high quality printer. I look forward to long term use with this system!

I have found the Workforce 520 to be reliable with great software. I liked it so much, I have bought a second one for my office. The ink cartridges last quite a long time and the color is always vibrant.
Most important for me is the great software. The scanner software allows the image to be saved as a JPEG, Tiff and PDF. The document reader will feed documents to create a multi-paged PDF without tedious open cover-put in page-scan-remove page-repeat. The drivers and software have worked well on my Windows 7 home operating system. I have the printer connected to my tower via USB and my laptop via wireless. All works well.
Downside - I have not been able to find a Linux driver that will allow me to use this printer with my Linux (Ubuntu) system. This is a real problem for me.
