After frustrations of another brand's failures and shortcomings, I decided to replace my wife's printer with a 520 last year. My printer stopped doing color last fall, but black worked okay. Wife went shopping last week and called from store to say WorkForce 520 was on sale and she had a courtesy card for $26, so cost would be near zippo. I like all of the features. Setup is a snap on my XP wireless network. Now I can scan and fax from my office and each of us has the flexibility to print on either or both printers. Would like to see larger ink capacity, but I LOVE the fact the printer stops printing when ink runs out, unlike my old printer that keeps spitting out ghost pages forever.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent print quality, very fast copies, and a very compact multi-task printer - takes up about the same space as the print only printer I replaced. Only one complaint:
Can't find the 'on line manual' referenced in the rather limited instruction booklet that came with it.

Took 3 hours to install... worth it though

It took about an hour to install on my dell with Vista, but two hours to install on my Vaio Windows 7. I had to download install software from the website because the software disk that came with the computer would not work for my Vaio. Horrible...
It is nice once it is installed, but I almost gave up and took it back with all I went through to get it going. I'm usually great with computers, so this was a shock to me, and a huge waste of my time.

easy to install and works great. The software was easy to understand . the control panel is easy to use and see.Ialso like the seperate ink cartrages. thank for such fast shipping.

LOVE IT!!! i searched all over to check prices and with this sale price i was given nothing else with this quality at a name brand compared!!! THANK YOU for the sale, came at a perfect time, the ink is full and not just a little bit like i'm use too!! the wireless was no big deal to set up, i did it without calling for help, usually i call for a little extra help, not this time. ok, it's a little loud, but my other one was loud as well. so no big deal at all. i love it and so far, knock on wood, it works just fine!!! again, THANK YOU!!!

Great Product for small business

I just purchased my Epson workforce 520 and I love it!! It has helped me with so many important documents and designs. I use it mostly for business, but it is great for school and personal matters. It's amazing how with just yellow, red, blue and black the colors come out so bright and clear. I would recommend the Epson Workforce 520 - All-In-One to any home or small business owner.
