Great telephone Assistance

I not only like the product' simplicity of start up, but I like the superior service I was able to access by telephone and no one hung up on me. As a matter of fact the assistant was cordial as well as highly informative. As a result I love my new all in one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my Epson. It saved me $50.00 over other brands.It's easy to operate. The quality of print is great.I even copied some photos and have good results

Good product

It took me a while to setup the first time, but I realized the problem was with my router and not the WorkForce 520. Unfortunately, I assumed the technical support would have been more helpful, but at least it is working now.
I had issues using a Linksys WRT54G router and had no issues at all using an Airport Base Station.
The printer speed is fantastic and I would recommend this product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So Easy

This all-in-one was super easy to set up. I was thrilled with it. I have always had trouble setting up a wireless connection, but this was so easy that it was hard to believe.

I found it to be a little slow and hard to set up wi-fi wireless.Had to hard wire for it to work correctly.
