i have never had a printer, scanner, fax before. started a job that requires a fax machine and i found this one and i love it. it is so easy to use and believe me i like easy. have not had any problems with it except there seemed to be a lot of paper jams but i believe that was operator malfunction.

I'm not a technology person in the least, but it was an easy set up with clear, easy to follow step by step written instructions. The CD instructions are easy and anyone can do. Was a pleasure. Printed a few pages thus far,...nice, clean print !!!

I am returning the Epson Workforce 520 because the included software lacks the ability to store a fax on my Mac computer and deal w/ the fax later instead of printing it immediately w/o a complicated work around.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

World's Worst Feeder

Epson replaced our first 520 because of numerous issues and the next one we got is just as bad as the first one except that it still works. This unit has the world's worst paper feeder and the worst functionality of any unit I have ever owned. Also, get ready to shell out big bucks for ink, this unit really sucks the ink big time. I am amazed that more people haven't addressed this issue.

just hooked it up yesterday and it was EASY!! I hooked up two Mac's and two pc's no problems at all!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow...it should be easier than this...I have been installing softwear FOREVER, and STILL am not able to easily use the machine. there seems to be a huge problem perhaps because it is compatable to both USB and wireless...very frustrating!
