Fast and Easy

This Epson workforce 520 is the easiest printer I have ever set-up. It took less than 20 minutes to set-up and everything I needed was on the disk that came with the printer. The printer recognized the wireless name I had at the house and all I had to do was hit enter and then put the password in and it was ready to go. The scan and the fax were very easy to set-up as well. The fax was so easy because the on screen set-up included the heading for your faxes and then you enter your phone number and you are ready to go. A couple of things that seems to be a problem is the quality of the copies and the loudness of the printer. The copies seem to be a little on the "lite or dim" side. I have not found a way to darken the copies. The only other issue I have is the printer is a little loud when it starts to print. Overall I think it is a great product.

I like this all in one printer/scanner/fax/copier. I have a lot of printing to do in my job and it prints very fast. My only concern is with how much black ink it uses. I have had to replace 2 times now besides the ink that came with it when purchased. We have only been using for 16 days now. This time I have bought the high capicity ink so I hope it will last longer. Over all nice machine. Quality of printing is very good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Epson WorkForce 520 not only made copies, sent faxes, printed essays, letters and photos, the price was right. There are five choices for print quality: draft, text, text with images, photo light or photo best quality. A bonus was the scanning capabilities.
The machine is easy to set up, just follow the directions. It's important to note that some passwords, codes, etc. have both capital and lower case letters. Sometimes the numbers look like letters and vice versa. I especially like the WiFi operation. I can print from my lap top in the kitchen to the printer in the office. All in all, this Epson WorkForce 520 All-in-One Printer really does it all.

Epson Workhorse 520 does not work as promised

The instructions for installing the software are not clear. There is no indication as to how to reinstall if necessary. However, the most important problem is that it does not perform mechanically as it should. The machine prints and copies well but the automatic paper feed for the copier jams at every trial. Since this is my second Epson printer, I am disappointed/

The speed and print quality are very good but it is LOUD and vibrates when printing - very distracting!!!

Only have my printer a few days and already considering returning it to the store. Color and quality of prints are amazing, very good. Ease of set up, very good. However its very loud when it prints. Also VERY slow when scanning.
