I like the wireless capability, but if you fax, copy, or scan documents, look for a model with a more reliable document feeder. Most days it can't even handle 2-3 sheets at a time, and it's very annoying to restart the process. There should be more user-defined defaults so you don't have to push through so many choices every time you want to do something. I get a "communication error" for no apparent reason about a dozen times a day. My first Epson, not impressed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Right out of the box

Just purchased the printer today. Have three PC's that I had to connect to. Took about 10 minutes for each install. Small nuisance that you are not supplied a USB cord, which is required for the initial install and communication wirelessly.
Scanning works really well, which is the primary reason I purchased it.

For the most part I am happy with this printer. My only issue is with the paper feed because it jams if the paper is not in just right. The printing quality is excellent and color is great. It also prints quite fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Impossible to navigate in menu setup. No dedicated buttons for simple tasks.Multi function buttons confusing while performing simple tasks.It needs larger LED screen whith easier functions. Slow printer vs canon.

This is good inexpensive small home business printer, you can print,scan and fax. Print to PDF. I am very happy with it no complaints. one other thing this printer prints sonic fast. less than 5 seconds per page wow. I just got it so I guess I'll be back here to update on the amount of ink it uses

Print is good; hardware?

Print is good but this is a replacement for one that had a paper feed hardware problem. It grabbed the paper on the left side and pulled it in crooked. I hope this one is behaves better BUT I fear it is Epson. I had a CX5800f for about 4 years until it decided it had a non-existent paper jam. I bought another Epson on sale; it immediately said it had a non-existent paper jam. I replaced it with the WF520, six weeks later it developed this paper "eating" disorder. I only hope this replacement 520 lives for a while.

I used the printer and it works very well. The only thing that I have noticed is that it makes quite a noise when it starts to print. I wondered if this is the way it should be.
