Epson 520 All in One

Overall a good product if you know you network.
I used it in a wireless mode.
Print and Fax software worked fine after install from a wireless laptop and wired PC install
The Scanner software did NOT initially make a connection to the printer. I was forced to configure a static IP address on for the printer and configure the scanner software manually and it started to work OK.
There are NO technical document that allow you to trouble shoot why the connection didn't work. I had to resort to trial and error.
Was it because it was wireless? Did the router have something to do with it? I will never know.

I did have a problem at first, finding the way to insert the blank paper into the computer. Didn't understand the directions as to moving the paper gauge. Then finally realized what it was and moved it, to insert paper.
After that, it was a breeze. Especially liked the quick connection to my wireless.

Not user friendly

I would like to return this printer because I have found it not user friendly! However I do have a problem and that is I have lost the the disk that came with it!
I am now stuck with an all in one printer that I don't want and I can't download the drivers because the Epson website for downloads is not user friendly either!
It now looks like I am going to take a loss because I can't return it without the disk I have lost! John

I have had my Epson printer now for about 6 months, and I absolutely love it. It looks sharp, it works great, and prints/copies very quickly. The WiFi capability is nice in a house full of laptops also =)... All-around I would reccomend this product to anyone for the price, you really cannot beat it. In my opinion it exceeded my expectations (and I have worked in many small offices to compare). So far nothing bad to say at all. GREAT PRODUCT EPSON!

All I can say is: this Epson Workforce 520, Printer, Scanner, Copier, and Fax machine is an excellent product. I would certainly recommend this machine to my friends and family
