My scaner stop working

Everything was working great and suddenly the scanner program stop pupping up, it appear in the taskbar and the program never appear in the screen, updated the driver no success, uninstall everything and install it again nothing happen same result the program show in the taskbar but never appear in the screen, try the help but all what they do is try to sell me ink or another scanner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won't run on my iMAC

The main problem with the 520 is the display. It should be back lit. When you overlay light black print on a dark green background, we need a flash light to see it. I also have to reload the software in order to use the import function in photo shop. After downloading the drivers for the upteenth time, the 520 still does not show up in the printer file when I go to add it to my printer list.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

13 months after purchase the machine had a printer error. Nothing in the manual that came with the machine helped. called epson customer service who were nice enough to refer me to a repair center since it only carried a 1year warranty. The cost to just look at the machine was more than I paid for it. Very disappointed since we only use the machine for copies and faxes and it wasn't used as a high volume machine. Didn't buy another Epson.

I had great hopes for this product but was dissapointed.The display window is small and not bright enough to read easily. The feed trays both in the back and top do not feed smoothly resulting in more paper jams. The fax section has never worked properly. Seems to have difficulty in cooperating with my home phone system.. Some of the instruction are difficult to find or follow once you have found what you are looking for. Other than that it seems to be working satisfactorly.

Epson Workforce 520

I have never had any operating problems with Epson Workforce 520, and if I decide to get an upgrade, I will buy another Epson. Even though I use it primarily for personal use, I have on numerous occasions used it for work projects. Also, the quick guide is very helpful.

I had a Workforce 520 and liked it. It began acting up something terrible. I bought another printer and computer. When installing the new computer, it occurred to me that the horrendous problems due to Microsoft no longer servicing XP may have been what had been bothering my 520. I brought it out of storage and revitalized it and it still works fine. Only problem is, even though I had deleted the 2540 that I had replaced it with, it keeps popping up every time I try to print something and I have to click it off, then click 520 in place before I can proceed. I know you have an answer for this and would very much apprectiate hearing of it from you. Signed: Your best friend and mine, David Garcia
