The Fastest Scanner in Town

What I particularly enjoy about the Epson WF 520 is the extremely fast scanning. It scans within two to three seconds. I have to scan quite a bit of paperwork and this is the fastest scanner I have ever worked with. If I would have to provide a downside it would be that Windows 8 somehow changes the setting where you can no longer select to print in black & white within certain programs, but that is more of a Windows 8 issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Printer for the Money

After having used this product for a while I can say positively that this printer is perfect for the moderate home user.
The only problem being the ink cartridges are not that big and need frequent changing if you use it heavily.
The only other problem is it looses its programming in power outages (frequent in my area) this aside it works well.

Great printer!

Easily setup, even when doing wireless. Have had it now about 2 years and haven't had one problem. That's pretty good for such a low cost tech device of any kind. Pleasantly surprised at ease of use and quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like this printer for the most part. I start with what I don't like---unless I use very light paper, the printer doesn't grab the paper properly and the print is slight askew on the page. So for anything important I have to upload files to somewhere else and have them print it. For pages I do print, the print itself is crisp and clear. I also use this to scan images-l scan a lot-and the image resolution is great. The machine also copies well. I don't use the wireless feature or the fax feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The ink doesn't run when it gets damp. The photos are awful. The Paper jams or fails to feed when running a stack for anything like faxing. The resolution and clarity is very good from scanning. The documents printed are very good with good color. The ink lasts a long time and the individual ink cartridges are easy to change.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Epson WorkForce 520 is about 2 years old and works very well. Ink cartridges are easy to change, paper is easy to load and has never jammed. I also print on heavy cardstock on occasion. The photocopy feature is very convenient, too.
I would recommend this to a friend!
