This was such an easy to use product. Even for the least savvy layman, this product is easily configured. Love it.

This is a great item for my wife and I, we both were taking classes and the Workforce 520 can scan, print, and fax. we can access it wireless from either computer, the quality it very good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i use the recommended ink, ink is expensive as it does not last.
fax is difficult to use.
otherwise all is well

Great single source printer

This printer replaces another Epson printer that I had for years. In the past I have been hesitate to use an "all-in-one" printer because if one part fails then the whole thing has to be replaced. The WorkForce 520 has relieved that fear! Every function is solid and works like an independent machine. I really need a wireless printer and this is the one that hasn't failed me. Primarily I use the 520 as a network printer but I have used the copier, alot, and fax also. Having both the black and white and color really is a benefit. Never had a jam, never had a mis-print and think the Epson 520 is one of the best printers I have used.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this printer for more than a year and other than the squawks below I am well satified with your machine.
1. The paper holder: I wish that it could hold more than ten or twenty sheets of paper.
2. Printer settings: The settings for the ink leaves a lot to be desired. I either get photo quality on letters and other similar documents or something that is totally unacceptable. I should be able to choose more settings of the printer.
3. Ink: because of the above settings the Ink does not last. even when using the vivid/RGB settings.
4. Cost of Ink: this is self explanatory.

Generally a good printer ( well constructed). Its only drawback is that its a bit heavy on black ink consumption. There are aftermarket cartridges which work fairly well enough and are a fraction of the price of the genuine cartridges which will more than compensate for this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fax unreliable

I had to buy a new fax machine because the fax was unreliable. I either wouldn't receive faxes or faxes that said were sent, never sent.

I have had the workforce for over a year and I have not had any issues. It works great.
I do wish it held more paper.
