Pros: s a really good product, It's a great Home Office device and satisfies all of the family's need. The Fax & Event Manager software work well with my Vista laptop.
Cons: I wish there was a backlight on the small control panel display.

I really like it for home use. I think it's to fragile for a small business use. Another thing the ink cartridges for all colored printers are way to costly for to little. The industry needs to drop the prices of these ink cartridges. For crying out loud most of us in this economy are struggling. I know the companies are struggling too. But we ALL need to cohabitate in this economy. Otherwise ALL of us will eventually fizzle out of this economy. ALso if you run out of ink for a while some ink will dry up in the passage ways. There should be an easier way to clean these out for the next cartridge. Other than these issues this is one of the best copier/printer/scanner/fax machine combination machine that I have had. I'm actually pretty pleased.

It is a very good product, I'm so happy with this purchase. It is fast, the wireless connection is fantastic, the scanner works excellent, and print very good photos.

Easy to use, download software fast. Clear copy the colors are bright. Ink is not too expensive when you purchase. User friendly!!!

I'm just usiing it for home use and haven't had any problems with it. Easy to set up and to use but as a home user I don't use all the features it offers. I do use the scanner for copying pictures and text to kuse in my own programs. The printouts have been excellent with no problems, as a matter of fact, my wife also owns one for her computer set up and just loves hers as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

excellant print quality. a little noisy when printing, but prints quickly. excellent value. the wifi option helps my son do a better job on the quality of his home work. i had to go out and purchase a black ink cartridge as one was missing form box and set up would not continue till i put one in.

I have owned m.any printers to include the ones thats printer has worked for me on every project I have thrown at it. I have it on a wireless setup and it works like a charm
