good sturdy design for home office. easy to set up and install. works through home wireless network; it is a bit noisy during printing, but other than that good printer

Cheap Product

I bought this all-in-one for the faxing capability. So far, I have only been able to get the printer to work. The scanner is not found and I have tried reinstalling the setup twice, checked all of the tests. The printer is make from a very cheap plastic and I imagine it would be easy to break when trying to clear paper jams. I am also having a problem with the feeder.
I will be returning this product tomorrow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great printer - great support

I purchased this printer to use on a wireless network with other Apple computers. After a minor glitch (which was resolved with a short and effective call to Epson Support) with the wireless connection, the printer is now working perfectly! The wireless option works well within our office. The print quality is great! Scanning and copying are also wonderful. Buy this printer!
