I have owned the Epson Workforce 520 All-in-one printer for several years and find it to be user friendly to install and use. But, the best part about buying Epson is their customer service and tech support. When you have a problem, which are few, the tech support department is very knowledgeable, courteous and Epson totally backs up their products. Very happy customer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Relatively smooth setup - fast and economical printing. (My old Epson Laser Printer outlasted company support, more than thirteen years... i should be so lucky with this one!)

Install disk would not work on our PC but worked like a charm on my laptop. Had to download a driver to get the printer installed on the PC. Would help if tech support had a 800 phone number.

WF520 printer

I did some checking and purchased the WF 520 on many recommendations.
I have two desktops and one laptop on a wireless network, the setup was very easy and prints well.
the only problem I can see is the printer is very noisy.
I travel alot and needed a smaller printer, this will fill my needs, I also have a professoinal printer that I use at home.

Worst Printer I have ever used

The printer has simply refused to work. I should have been concerned when the salesperson said that Epson will simply refund the money but not try to fix it. Then the sales person sold me an extra set of cartridges because the one in the printer might run out soon. Of course the ran out as soon as I got home. I inserted the new cartridges but the printer refused to recognise them. So I have a worthless piece of junk in the study!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my 4th home printer. I can say that this printer beats all others hands down. It is the most user friendly of all the others. I hope it lasts for ever because I love it.

It prints. Nothing great, nothing bad. Don't like that if one color is out nothing will print. Not even plain black.
