This step-by-step installation was just what the doctor ordered. It wasn't too time-consuming or rocket-science work. It is good merchandise, at an affordable price. You'll be around a long time. Students will rave of your products. Keep up the good work. Thank you, EPSON!

My Epson Stylus NX 420 isn't 6 months old and it's acting up already...wow! The printer has paper jams from time to time, for a minute it was frequent (and it wasn't from having to much paper in the holder). I like the wifi feature. Now I can say the print quality is well, but I dislike that you have to buy ink often!!! Buying ink every two months at the cost of buying it isn't a great savings. I don't often use the printer, for example on a day to day basis either, but when it is the ink goes quickly. Plus if you run out one color you can't use it until you replace that color that is missing. Overall its an okay printer, but I wouldn't buy another one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was an amazing experince. It's the most easy printer that I have. The copies have wonderful and brillant colours. It's the best printer....

multiple copy problems

Making multiple copies of a document does not work properly. After each copy I get a paper jam. How can we correct this?

I'm a graphic artist; I've used Epson printers for 20 years now, and I swear by them. Easy to use reasonably priced, easy to set up. I've "sold" many of them to friends and colleagues with my endorsement.
