The Best!!

I have purchased several printers from different companys and I must say, the one I just purchased is the best one I have ever used. It so quiet I wasn't sure it was running. I used it to scan some documents to my pc and could not believe what a great and quiet job it does. I definately give it a 5 star!! I have a Stylus NX420.
I would recommend this to a friend!

As a member of the generation that grew up when TV was the latest technology, I approach installing new programs on my computer and attaching related equipment with a great deal of trepidation. I'm pleased with my Epson printer/copier/scanner because: (a) it does all that I want/need a home machine to do; and (b) the instructions were verbally and pictorially simple and clear; even the the most technophobic person can follow them. I installed the machine successfully without experiencing the frustration I expected. Didn't need others' help as I normally do. Copies and printouts are clear and easy to obtain. And now I feel grateful to Epson for making it easy for me. Thanks!

outstanding value for the price

This is my second epson printer and my first all in one.
My previous printer lasted 9 years and was still functioning. This printer does it all and has easy functions to operate. lcd window and memory card slot is great. The print quality is exceptional and the speed is super.

I have owned this printer for 6 months, have used it moderately to heavily, and it works flawlessly all the time. I don't understand "noise complaints" about it on this site because I can't even tell when it's printing—it's whisper quiet and prints a good quality color comp in about 12 seconds! If you leave it on normal and use gloss photo paper, the inks last a whole lot longer and the difference between normal and hi-res quality is negligible. With variable dot technology, 150 dpi is very good quality. This is the best printer they have sold me, a distant cry from the Stylus 800 I bought in '93, what a klunker that was!

I think the printer is very good, but I had a problem getting started because even though I read all the material that came with the printer, I still had to call customer support to get started. I hope I don't encounter any more problems, but if I do, I will call customer support again because they are very helpful and courteous.
