NX420-Install

The printer works great, however the Start Here instructions are not clear as it states to cancel install if you see a "found new hardware screen" in Windows. " You can't install your software that way". This is incorrect as it fails to tell you to wait until drivers load and install, then cancel the Windows screen to complete. If this were corrected in the Start Here instructions it could make a much better initial impression to the consumer, and save calls to the support line.

I lost my driver disc , went to the EPSON website and downloaded all of them with great success. Easy navigation and beautiful color . Easy ink replacment , and they're not expensive!

The installation was quick and easy. The instructions were detailed, yet not complicated. Very easy to follow. My installation went smooth, no problems. Impressed with the features and print quality. I was disappointed it did not come with a USB cable, and not clearly noted on the outside of the box. The printer is sharp looking and I am very satisfied with the Epson

Epson Wireless Printer

Purchased this printer to connect to my computer with the Windows 7 operating system . Brought it home and had it up and running on the wireless network in a very short period of time. Instructions are easy to follow. Prints great color.Serves my printing requirement perfectly. This is a very good product.

I just finished installing my printer, and it was surprisingly easy to do. It probably only took a half an hour, and I was prepared to work all afternoon on this project!

Really easy to install wirelessly and excellent performance so far. Copies & scans well and is reasonablely fast with printing jobs. I have no problems recommending it for general use. [For bigger jobs I use a laser printer.]
