Scanner not selecting PC

The scanner is requesting a PC via an USB cable, without adding the wireless option to select any of the PC's in the network. I unistalled the printer scan and reintalled, but still cannot scan from the printer. Only can do it from the PCs.

Nice little wireless printer

I've always liked EPSON printers. This new NX420 with wireless capability was a real bargain. Installation took a few tries before I got it up and running, but now it works like a charm and print quality is very good. I bought this primarily to connect to my work-at-home laptop so that I could print wirelessly from anywhere in the house. Nice not to be tied to one room.

I love how easy it was to install. I had a little problem at the end but that was just my error not the printers. Its great and i love it. The only thing is the speed that it prints...im a little disappointed in that but good thing i wont be printing out anything time sensative that requires alot of time. All in all its a great product and im really glad i got it.

Great Set-up Instructions

I have purchased a number of electronics over the last two months. I always read the instructions and follow the steps. Unfortunately, the steps seem to be incomplete or the device is not compatible with my Mac. Then I have to spend hours online to customer service. After multiple calls I finally get my issues resolved. That was NOT the case with this Epson product! THANK YOU EPSON for writing clear, user friendly directions and correct directions for Mac users. I had my printer working in a matter of minutes. So far I think this is a great product.

This product is very good,compared to other printer/ scanners out there on the market. The installation of this product was very easy and less time consuming. The feature I wished they added to this model would be fax capability and this would be a top of the line product. I am happy with it it prints fast and has very good color.
