I wish I hadn't thrown away the box because I would never keep this machine. I have windows operating system and no matter what I do, the scanner devise will not load. It keeps saying that it is NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS. How is that possible? Everything else, I must admit works great. Even the WIFI aspect. But I am totally frustrated that it will not scan and I have tried everything possible. No wonder it was on sale. And, there is no number to call for asssistance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have only used my new printer for about a week, but so far, I really like it. I am using it as wireless, and print quality is very good.

love the printer but the ink cost more then the printer and don't last long so it's like buying the printer over and over each month

Very easy to install without a USB cable. The prinit quality is very good for my personal use. I consider this an excellent printer for the cost.

All in all the device functions great, easy to use and navigate. But it sucks up ink there is no tommorow. Cartridges were drained in 65 pictures. A firmware update is needed to address the excessive use of ink.
