This is my second epson all-in-one and it keeps getting better and better. It is easy to use and the cost per page is low.

The reason I purchased this printer was the WI-FI connection which works great. The whole family can now use this printer. Set up was very easy and overall very pleased with the printer. I recommend it!

Was very easy to setup - a nice surprise.
Computer printouts and copies excellent.
Disappointed in printing of photos but maybe I just need to make some adjustments.
Is noisey when printing but not a problem.

Not exactly what I expected

The NX420 is not exactly what expected in a printer. It doesn't let me print my photo's the way my old Epson printer use to! It seem to crop them off a bit short and I'm going to take this one back and exchange it for another one that has a fax built in it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's wireless all-in-one and is easy to set up, easy to use and has a lot of extra features on it. The only con about it is the warm up time.

I am not the most technologically minded person but this printer was a breeze to set up and begin using! Easiest set up for a printer that I have ever experienced. Great wifi range too! I would definitely buy another Epson printer--just sorry that this is my first.
