I had trouble installing my Epson Stylus NX420 and contacted the support team at Epson. I received detailed instructions to remedy my problem and now my printer is up and running. Since my printer is still new to me I can't decide whether I love the printer more or the Epson Support Team more. Thanks folks!! Thanks again for helping a technically challenged old lady out!

I was supprised at just how easy it was to install the NX-420 wireless printer. It went off without a hitch and was easy to install another PC for printing to it. The rest of the installation was accomplished with no problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Two sided printing

Overall I'm very pleased with my new printer. The only disappointment is that you have to reload the project to print on the flip side and since this is wireless it means printing in another room is time consuming.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just purchased this printer but it seems to be good. Was very easy to connect to my wireless router. No problem. I have recommended it to family and friends.

Just bought printer today, but so far so good. Easy to use wireless set up. The only problem I had was dont have cd access on my laptop but set up printer and then my computer found it and downloaded driver.
Prints well
Only reason I didnt give all stars is because only hooked up today.
I would recommend this to a friend!

the only thing that i can complain about is the noise
every time that i print or scan it seems like a have a
plain in my home office is very loud, but i can live with it :-)
