easy and straight forward to hook up , problems printing photo's wanted to print 2x2 pictures @ 8x11 but service was wonderful ! they are sending me a new printer!

Quick ........... and a beautiful copy ...Hope this all lasts .....more than satisfied.....stylish looking and I can put it anywhere...........easy to set up............easy to use...........even I have no problems and I'm a computer beginning grandmother.........can't tell how long the ink catridges will last yet but am hoping they last a long time and are not too expensive to replace........so far I am very pleased..........Thank you Epson.

I was in need of a printer that scanned and copied. The Epson was a good investment. It was so easy to set up and the wireless feature is a plus.

I've just set up this printer and it could not have been easier. I was a little intimidated since I did not have the recommended USB cable available but the system walked me through the installation. The print quality is excellent and fast! I am extremely pleased with this printer!

While the sales staff promised excellent photo printing quality, I was very disappointed and immediately returned the printer. It printed documents with no problem, but if photo quality is important to you, this may not be adequate. I recommend bringing your camera scandisc with you and a copy of an excellent photo you took to test the quality of photo printing. The photo we tested was grainy and it appeared that the ink bled and the color was not true to the original.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Am extremely happy with this printer. Much faster than my previous printer for both text and photos. And the colors for photos are excellent.
