I HAVE OWNED EPSON PRINTERS FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS WOULD NOT HAVE ANY OTHER.MY FRIENDS HAVE AND I SOLD THEM ON EPSON.

Amazing little printer

I bought this Epson NX420 as an inexpensive basic needs printer for my laptop. I already have an Epson CX7800 connected to my desktop in another room and didn't want to run around changing cables every time I needed to print. I originally was interested in the WI-FI feature, to eliminate a cable, but found out I needed an existing network with internet to make the wireless feature work. I do not have a network, so the simple USB connection works great and was much easier to set up. I have owned this printer only about one week and it prints and scans beautifully...no problems as yet, nor do I expect any. I love the Dura-Brite inks and seeing I'm not a "power user", they will last me quite a long time. For the price, you can't go wrong with the NX420.

Great Printer, Great price

The first thing I noticed was the low price. I needed a good printer for home use, mainly for photos, and an occasional letter. I was reluctant at first due to the low price, the sales clerk assured my there was not risk because of the 14 day return policy. I decided to try it risk free fully expecting to return it. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of setup and even more pleased with the performance. It's print quality and ease of use greatly surpassed my old xxx that cost considerably more. I always liked my xxx but this one is even better!
The many choices of print methods and excellent quality make this a "best buy" in my book.

I could not believe how simple this wireless printer was to set up on multiple computers in my home! I did have a short delay, I'm not sure if I did something wrong or not, but I ended up downloading the drivers from the website, for my laptop with Windows 7. It was still easy, the print quality is wonderful, and I can't wait to use the other features! It was also very affordable, which was a huge bonus.

Good printer for it cost. Easy to activate in my network using Mac OS 10.6 But printing in economical mode had poor quality, printing is too light
