I have used Epson for many years. This is my second one. It is really user friendly and the inks are priced within reason. Also, if I ever have a problem with learning how to do a certain task,
I can call an Epson tech for instant answers and help.
I have suggested to friends to purchase an Epson printer. I am a senior citizen not very computer savvy. A user friendly product is just what I need.

I would buy only Epson because it is so user friendly.

Have not used the fax portion of the item, but both the printer and scanner provide excellent results. Have used it to scan both photos and slides to my computer with great results.

Refurbished printer

Refurbished Epson hardware is a very good buy. My NX420 worked flawlessly right out of the box. Instructions are clear and quite useful.

I enjoy the fact that this is a wireless printer, and I don't have to go into another room to set it to print and then go back to my computer and press print. It's easy to use, and the set up instructions for printing, sizing, setting up wireless, etc. are pretty easy to understand. It's well put together, with very few problems. I have recommended this printer to my friends. My only thought would be to reduce the cost of the ink. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with my printer.

This All-in-One printer has been a dependable workhorse for me. Although strictly for home use, I rely on it every day and it delivers consistent high quality copies. I must admit I have not used the scan feature as the need hasn't arisen. I primarily copy off the Internet, deploying printer friendly reductions which suit my needs perfectly. I have always used Epson ink cartridges which, I suspect, enhance the performance and longevity.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fast, easy, excellent service

It was super fast registering my printer. For an older EPSON NX420 it was fast & easy to find and download the print driver.
