instruction booklet

The booklet was very confusing and disc didn't help much either...If what they wanted you to do was explained it would be less stress. After it was done the printer seems great. Haven't used it much yet. Need to be step by step what to do...what buttons to push sure would help.

NX420 Inks

I have no questions about the printer. It is very useful and I had a great impression in using it. But my problem is in the inks. It is very expensive. The printer's function does not utilized because of the ink's content as well it's price. Sometimes it will end up of buying new printer instead of buying for another pack of inks. I hope epson could solve this, I hove you can install some king of perpetual inks. Thank You.

Great wireless printer from Epson

Bought this all-in-one printer due to its reputation, features, and knowing that it would seamlessly work with Windows XP and 7. It never fails to perform any task I have. I absolutely love it and I consider it the best home printer I have yet owned.

EPSON not impressed

I purchased an EPSON computer for my family use we didn't scan or even print pictures with it. Now it flashes a code and it comes back as a paper jam and there's no paper in the printer. I called customer support and I was informed I need to buy a new printer. I will not be buying another EPSON printer in the future when I do replace my printer this Christmas.

Best Ink Jet I've ever owned!

Was I ever surprised by the versatility, functionality and quality of this printer. I've owned other ink jets in the past with only nominal happiness. This Epson Stylus NX-420 blew me away. The quality of the prints and copies is virtually flawless. The price of the consumables (ink and paper) is far less than I anticipated and it works perfectly, every time I use it. I would and have recommended this to friends, family and colleagues - many who have purchased their own and been equally happy.
