Scanner would not load on new Epson Stylus NX420

It also was very difficult to get it to connect to the computer. Printer is fine but I need the scanner.

Nothing special about this machine.
It is a cheap all in one device with minimal ability one would expect at this price point.
I will toss it once the ink is exhausted and acquire a multi color photo printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Wifi feature isn't working. It did work. The light went out and I don't know how to fix it.

Not quite up to snuff

I Know its a cheap printer, but I bought it because my old NX415 died and I was hoping to use some partially full ink cartridges on the new one. A slight change to the plastics on the new one made it unable to use the new cartridges even though they are practically identical. I guess Epson just wants to make $ off cartridges.
Also, I was hoping to install it both on wifi and USB. It won't do both :-( I guess I shouldn't cheap out next time...

Great printer

I just love my Epson NX420. It just works. I run windows and Linux on my computers. It works on all 6 with zero problems. I just can't get over how convenient that wireless stuff is.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far so good with this printer. It's really quiet compared to my last printer and faster too. My only complaint is that I didn't think to notice all the controls are on the left and my computer is on the right so I have to get up to set copy jobs.
