Good printer easy ti operate. Photo paper loading is some time difficult but manageable.

program upgrade for NX420

I have had this printer for some years . I upgraded my computer . It is running on windows 8.1 , my old computer ran on xp. printer has been very good for my home. no problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

OK for a refurb

This refurb is a good purchase for basic needs. Probably best for kids. Keep in mind that the operational costs are high given the price of ink cartridges.

Great Printer/Scanner Value

The NX420 replaced an Epson RX595 printer/scanner that suddenly started to print poorly after many years of excellent service. While I was very happy with the RX595, I think the NX420 does a better job printing/copying documents. I use the NX420 to scan receipts for reimbursement from work and it is very quick to produce high quality images. My only complaint, and it is a minor one, is that the NX420 will sometimes lose the WiFi connectivity to my iMac but this has only happened to me twice. Turning the NX420 off and then back on restores the connectivity.

Toner HOG! Sorry I bought it. Spend more on the toner in a few months than on the cost of the printer itself.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!

This is the worst printer ever! It worked for about 2 weeks, and now it won't print or connect to the wireless network. Now it just sits on my desk useless. If my room was a dump for all electronics that didn't work I wouldn't mind! If you want a printer for decoration than this is the printer for you. If not stay clear of this one!
