I really like this printer, it does seem to use up a lot of ink rather quickly (that would be my only down point) otherwise it scans, prints, and makes very crisp copies..photos..etc. I woud recommend this for a very economical printer that is easy to use with multi functions..

Really nice printer. It's good for everyday use. Has everything I need. The best thing about the printer was the price of it. I would recommend this product to a friend. A+

Have owned other printer/scanner/faxes before, and found them extremely frustrating.
Several months ago I bought my Epson. Love it. Easy to install, and user-friendly, it produces beautiful, clean copies, and professional-looking photos. I don't have to wait in a cue for my documents to print. When I had to call tech. support once with a question, they gave me prompt, patient, and courteous service, at no extra charge.

I liked the scanner. Its slow though. printer is good as long as you have ink, Its not a good printer for you if you are not going to use it much, u need to use it at least once a week. I refill the ink - take few prints and leave it off for month, and when I try to do another print it shows replace the ink, it does, print if any of the ink is down even though blank ink is full and i am printing in grayscale. now I feel like the printer is not usable for me at all, i just use it for scanning purpose. not i wouldn't say its worth its cost.

The ink is expensive and you have to refill it all the time. That's pretty lame for college students who have to print long lab reports / problem sets...

Ink Vampire!

I had this printer for over two years, and only got it because it came free with my computer. I only used it to print occasional shipping labels for my small business and a few personal items. There are several major issues I had with this printer:
1. Finding the settings for printing in black ink only is very annoying. If you do not tell it specifically to print in greyscale, it uses the color inks. Which leads to my next point...
2. As soon as one color of ink is out, this printer becomes a giant paperweight. And the ink runs out very quickly. You can't even scan!
3. About a year after I got it, it started printing way out of alignment. I followed the directions for cleaning the printing heads (which wasted a ton of ink! I had just changed the yellow cartridge it went down to about 60% after that) and aligning them. I tinkered with the settings and they never lined up right again. I have never moved my printer from the spot it started up in.
4. One positive- It does work very well wirelessly, and was easy to set up.
A couple of weeks ago I finally got a new printer and haven't looked back.

It has a serious design flaw. Is worthless if any of the ink cartridges are out. You can't scan or do anything else that doesn't require printing. Wouldn't have brought it if I had known this.
