Avoid at all Costs

Scanner is adequate but this is the WORST printer I've ever owned. Printer senses ink is empty when it is not. Once removed, will not reset until a brand new cartridge is inserted, which would be less irritating if Epson ink cartridges were not ridiculously expensive. Print heads regularly are out of alignment and you cannot realign anything other than black and cyan. I've had it less than six months. Throwing printer away tonight. Will buy another brand tomorrow. This is my third--and LAST Epson printer.

Disappointed ~

The printer does do a very nice job for it's price. Speed, quality, ease of use and accuracy are all there. The WiFi performs awesomely as well!! What disappoints is the inability to re-insert a cartridge once you have removed it, the inability to use the "126 High Capacity" cartridge (therefore only standard and moderate are available) and the speed with which you burn through an ink cartridge (this is where not being able to purchase "high capacity" cartridges becomes bothersome). I learned the hard way ~ assumed 126 was useable (without reading) since 124 was moderate and 125 was standard...we all know what "assuming" can do to a person...

Piece of Junk

This is the last Epson product I will ever buy. What a colossal waste of my time and money. I wish I could say something more eloquent that just say a piece of Junk. I'm amazed it has more than 4 star ratings. The wireless is a joke for my MacBook Pro, and the ink is WAY expensive. I have to cross my fingers every time I want to print, and as I type this I know I have to get my daughter to school 30 minutes early tomorrow so she can print her homework out in her school's lab because after more than 2 hours, I can't get this piece of junk to print anything.

Worst Printer Ever

This printer does not feed paper well ever. I cannot print anything without babysitting: holding paper in place, fixing paper jams, turning off and back on (does't matter if it's a single sheet or a stack). I can't send a single document or a long document to print and walk away to return to a completed print job. So much paper has been shredded, crinkled, wasted. So much ink has been wasted. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I did not complain sooner as I rarely used the printer but now that I am using it for business purposes, it is proving to be just about useless.
I've read many positive reviews: perhaps I received a lemon?

EASIEST PRINTER TO OPERATE

I have tried many wireless printers with my MAC, and this one was so simple to hook up - no cables no fuss. The printer cartridges are reasonably priced and I am very happy with this printer. I will probably purchase a second one for my husband.

Great For The Price

I bought the Epson Stylus NX420 and was surprised at how well it works. I followed the instructions to setup the wireless capabilities and immediately started printing. I wanted to scan a 6 page document and it kept scanning each page into a separate file. Then I had a 'LIGHT BULB MOMENT'. I went to the Epson website and checked to see if there was an updated printer and scanner driver AND THERE WAS!!! After downloading the updated drivers, my scanner is now scanning multi-page documents into one file! I have been an EPSON customer for many years and they have never let me down! :-)
