I've used this all-in-one for about three years now. It's very dependable, relatively inexpensive for ink cartridges, and produces good quality copies.
I would recommend this to a friend!

we are extremely impressed with the performance for the price we paid. Fast, clean good copies, never smears the ink, always well lined up and super fast.
The only thing I would change about the whole printer is larger ink cartridges. We use our printer quite a bit and I am extremely glad it give you reminders you are running low and need to buy more.

I don't need a super do-it-all unit so the NX-420 completely satisfies my needs for a quality, all-around printing and copying unit.

After using this All-in-One for awhile, I have been discouraged with the amount of ink that I am going through. The cartridges do not hold enough for the jobs that I need to do.

BASIC MULTIPURPOSE MACHINE ; LMIITED TECH KNOWLEDG

EASY TO READ AND FOLLOW INSTURCITON BOOKLET THAT IT COMES WITH . TECH SUPPORT HAS SHORT WAITS AND HELPFUL.
BUT, FOR MY USE, I REALLY ONLY NEED BLACK INK AND ITS AWFUL I HAVE TO REPLACE THE OTHER COLORS SO THE MACHINE WILL RUN. AND LIKE MOST INKS THEY NEVER DO THE PAGES LISTED ON WEBSITE ( TRUE OF ALL THE OTHER MANUFACTURERS MACHINES I HAVE BOUGHT OVER THE YEARS).
THEY SHOULD USE DIFFERENT COLORS FOR THE PAPER GUIDE CLIPS( BLACK ON BLACK NOT USEFUL ) PERHAPS A YELLOW COLOR FOR THE PAPER GUIDE CLIPS.. THE MACHINE TAKES UP A LARGE AMOUNT OF DESK SPACE BUT OTHER THAN OCCASINOAL PAPER JAMS , IT WORKS WELL AND SET UP IS EASY ( ALL MACHINES FUSSY NOT TOO LITTLE PAPER NOT TOO MUCH .)
