Still working great

I have owned the Epson NX420 for over two years. It still works like a charm. I like that the ink cartridges are separate and can be replaced one at a time. Since they are carried by all leading supplies store, you can shop around for great prices. Replacement is quick and easy with instructions that pop up when needed. I like that I'm able to print, copy and scan with ease. Would recommend this printer.

Great little all in one

This is a fantastic all in one. I have had this for a long time. Does everything you want at a fair price! However, the ink is a bit expensive. Do not but reilled cartridges, they do not seem to last as long and quality of ink is not up to Epson standards. The ink of "others" seems to feather.

NX420 review

I generally like this all-in-one machine. One of the biggest things I like about this and another Epson printer I have owned in the past is the availability of recycled and aftermarket ink cartridges at a substantial discount. The one thing I have problems with is the printer drivers. I have the printer software installed on two laptops. The printer drivers and Epson scan software have stopped working on one of them and has never been able to be remedied despite reinstallation and update of the install software. The printer driver and software has also went belly-up on the other machine too, but reinstallation put it back in working order. All-in-all though, I would buy another Epson before even considering any other brand, as long as quality remains consistent.

Now just wish it weren't cheaper to buy a new printer than replacement ink.... what's that about?
Otherwise, never been disappointed in an Epson product.

This printer is great! I print wirelessly from anywhere in my house. The quality of the print is good. I like that the cartridges can be replaced by individual colors. The scanner is easy to use and the copier feature comes in very handy.

The Great Service from Epson

Once again Epson has exceeded my vision. Its product (the Epson Stylus NX 420) had some problems. When I came in contact with Epson customer service, it got my printer and scanner working with my computer within one hour after my printer had not printed from my computer for six months. I am so happy with this company. Wild horses can't drag me away! Ten stars for this company.
