This is a fantastic product. Easy to hook up wirelessly. In expensive to supply ink. Great results. This is the perfect printer for home use and is also very easy to use from the computer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

NX420

I've had the NX420 installed on a yacht. It works flawlessly both in cabled mode and wireless. I even had it in storage for almost a year with the ink cartridges still installed, then took out and used it first time without a glitch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Bad start

I was not able to use my new printer because there was a problem before it was completely set-up. A new one is on its way so I will try to withhold judgment until the new one arrives. Should there be a problem with that one I will be incredibly unhappy!

Reliable, high-quality printer for personal use. Trouble-free operation for 18 months. Ink would be major expense in high-capacity operation.
