I bought the printer last year. It works pretty good. Sometimes the instructions to do repairs aren't that great, but, all in all it's a nice machine.

The Epson NX420 is anextremely fast and efficient printer, I have downloaded the software for the scanner and I'am sure it's going to be just as reliable and dependable.

I got this printer for christmas from my mother and I love it. It prints off what I expect it to do I go to college and I have to print off exams and research papers and all sorts of things I dont print off glossy pictures so I couldnt tell you that but I print off pictures on regular paper and they turn out good! Ink is a little expensive though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Concise, practical, easy to use

This is my first wireless printer. And while most of my printing is document based or involves scanning, I'm happy to say this device does a more than fair job of meeting my needs.
My only complaint is that I seem to burn through ink at high speeds and I tend to buy the color packs of yellow, blue, and magenta when I'm only running low on a single color. If the black and the colors were packaged together or all the colors sold separately, I wouldn't have a bunch of yellow and blue cartridges cluttering up my desk.

Nice Printer

Easy install, installed it on my home network using Windows 7. Then added it to another computer using Windows 7. Finally I used the printer buttons to print out the Network settings and added it to my Linux laptop running Ubuntu. All 3 systems can print or scan.

Epson Stylus NX420 Series

The all-in-one NX420 printer has some problems when you have A Macbook with iOS 10.7.3 , I can't find a driver that lets me print, although the scanner is working well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Label on printer says can use either 124 or 125 ink cartridges. I purchased 124 and no way will this unit accept 124 ink cartridge.
