Happy with Epson

I had an Epson Stylus CX3200 all-in-one for 9 years before it finally malfunctioned, and with no repair service nearby I decide to purchase another. I was very happy with the performance of my old printer and came back to Epson, I trust Epson to give me good service and a good printer. I chose the Stylus NX420, it was a refurbished model and I chose that one for the cost savings. Unfortunately there was a problem with image/photo printing upon my receiving it, that sort of thing is always possible, but Epson did give me an exchange right away once we found that we could not correct the problem through their online "self help" support page or with their tech support. I received the new replacement the next day and I'm very happy with the performance of my new Epson Stylus NX420 all-in-one as well as the Epson brand & their support staff.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The installation went great, and I like the printer, but I have a question. If I am printing a multi-page document, the default for the printer is to print page 1 first, page 2 second, etc. Can I change the default so it prints the last page first, the second to last page second, etc. so the pages come out in the right order?

I've only used this printer for a week or so. The printing seems to come out well but it makes a sound that reminds me of a rattly toy. Though it is sleek and black on the outside the interior is not very high tech. I don't know how well it does on ink yet but we all know that ink for printers is vastly overpriced as there is barely a tablespoon of ink in these cartridges. I had trouble setting up the scanner and it requires several more steps than the past Epson I owned - the CX7000F. I'm still trying to figure out how to connect wirelessly. Admittedly I am not technically savvy and only try to follow the instruction which are slightly obtuse. I am hoping the printers can become as competent as my Mac but I think it is a long road.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Epson Stylus NX420

This printer is fast, color is rich, lots of features that are accurate - I use memory card and the enlarge often. This is my 3rd Epson Stylus, the 1st that is wireless and they last years without need of any repair or problem. My 2nd was an upgrade from the 1st and the 3rd was only because my cat knocked a vase with pebbles into the paper feeder. I would not hesitate to purchase this product.

We are totally satisfied so far with our Epson NX420. Any documents or pictures have been clear the colours great when printing or using the copy feature.

Excellent Value

I am very pleased with this printer. Its wireless capacity lends itself for use in any room that we happen to be working within. We are a family of researchers and the printer will be used in this avenue. The grandchildren will be happier to complete homework. The printer is fairly fast, and very quiet.

This the forth or fifth epson printer I've owned personally and cannot enough good about this product .They are the standard for the industry as I worked for over thrifty seven years in the Graphic arts.Iv'e tried other printers and they seem to fall short of epsom and the deciding factor is ink cartridge replacement INDIVIDUAL replacement as apposed to CMY integral three in one replacement in many cases costing more than what the printer cost
