Excellent Experience

My experience with buying on-line directly from Epson.com was excellent. The website made it very easy and fast to select the printer I wanted and the payment process was fast and efficient. Shipping was fantastic. I chose not to have my printer shipped expressly but just through the normal shipping process and I still received it within 2 days. Installation was fantastic with great instructions easy to read and follow. My printer is the third Epson that I have owned since 2001. There were no problems with the others Epson printers I owned. I just wanted to update. I highly recommend that folks consider Epson printers and other equipment when shopping to replace what is currently owned. Thank you Epson.com.

Wireless installation

Very hard to set up the wireless installation even using the CD that came with the printer. Everything else works great.

It was easy to instal and easy to connect to my wireless network. I just got it all hooked up this morning so I haven't used it much yet but so far so good. I have not had any problems.

Good all-in-one

I got this printer for free when I bought my Macbook Air. Setup couldn't be easier on the Mac. You simply add the printer in the preferences and Software Update will download the Epson printer drivers and software. After that I could print and scan wirelessly. Printing is fast enough and the quality is good. It does use a lot of ink or maybe it came with smaller cartridges. Scanning quality can be good but it's fairly slow when you turn up the dpi. This is a pretty good all-in-one for someone who only needs to use it once in a while. If you are printing/scanning/copying on a regular basis a better model may be a good idea. Overall very pleased with it for my purposes and definitely works nicely with the Mac.
