I installed a wireless setup for my printer. Following the quick set up card and using the program Disc provided with the printer. The initial set up on the first computer, I used a direct cable connection. I was really impressed just how effortlessly the printer setup procedure discovered my network and loaded the security key without any input from me. (My security key is very long).
Once the network was setup, I removed the cable and put the Set up Disc in my other two computers and installation on those two were effortless over the secure wireless network.
I highly recommend Epson for ease of installation. Other brands I have used were lacking in this feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Okay so Far!

We have had the machine for about a week. It seems to be working well. My only concern is we have hardly used it and the Black Ink Printer icon is saying that a quarter of ink has been used - I am hoping that it is not one of those printers that you run through ink too quickly. The quality of print is very nice though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far i've had it for two weeks an it was very easy to connect .With out asking my Husband or Sons for HELP!. If anything changes i will inform you.

Nice easy to use features with print property options for type of output such as draft mode portrait and text options. programming for things like personal notes or printing a coupon there is ink saver capacity by setting the printer to the draft setting in the properties tab, as the printer will significantly put out a lighter sheet than under the portrait or text setting. copier works well, also I scanned , I just got it today, the scanner seems to work fine. so far I like it.

Nice homegroup printer

I was having problems with my old printer trying to put it in my homegroup system because I am running an XP desktop and Windows 7 laptop.
Since the NX420 is WIFI ready all I had to do is download a new driver for the laptop from Epson to get everything working properly.
I love the ease of operation and the quality of the print. I will never go back to wired printers again.
