I am completely befuddled by computers etc... That being said, the Epson NX420 was a breeze to install. Step by step, everything was very easy to understand! I love it!

I LOVE my Epson Stylus! Its great for my home business and my college work!! I could not ask for anything better. I love that it is wireless and the option to add in the other colors when the black ink is out is simple but soooo helpful! I also love how fast it is being a small home computer.

GREAT FUNCTIONALITY PRINTER

All the functions of this printer are great and efficient for personal consumer and business needs at home and in the office.
Love the remote wireless and Wi-Fi capabilities which are handy and time saving.
This printer cartridges are cost effective considering that they can be replaced individually
as well as available in a pack or each.

In every way except one, I like my NX420 Epson printer. Do not get me as but it works VERY well and is easy to use.
However --- the cost of ink is not only high but higher than other brands. We all know that ink is the hidden cost on printers. On this printer, Epson has gone way out of their way to make it so the ink cartriges cannot be refilled - either by you or the cartridge refill places springing up all over the country. They can do all other brands but not the new Epson printers. For that reason and only that reason I do not reccomend it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just purchased this printer to be able to print from all our computers. The absolutely easiest,clearest instructions I have ever seen for the set up. Took 5 minutes and anyone can breeze through it. Printing quality is great. Will be purchasing these printers for Christmas gits for sure.
The price of this printer is terrific for the value and ease of use. Sincerely will recommend.
