performs well, meets expectations

When I went to buy an Epson printer I wasn't sure what to expect, I had very little knowledge about Epson and their products.
Four things about this printer made me buy it; the price, the individual ink cartridges, that it is wireless and is a multifunction printer.
I am pleased with this printer, it was easy to set up and works great. The only cons are that it is a little noisy and the black ink seems to run out fairly quickly.

Not easy to set up

This product seems to print alright during testing, but has failed to come with setup instruction sheets like other company printers and had me having to find solutions to install it all on my own including the drivers for it and etc. It did not even come with installation CDs or anything else useful. Just a printer in a box with a warning and information... Wasted a lot of my time. Disappointed because I've heard so much good about Epson printers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My 4th Epson Inkjet in a row

I've managed to literally wear an Epson out, (which takes years) so when my C-60 finally threw in the towel there was no question for me as to what brand to look for.
Setting the new NX/420 up was simple and straightforward.
Hopefully this unit will last as long as the C-60 did, but if it holds up for only half as long it will still be a good value.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is an excellent product because my copies are clear, the ink last a long time even thou it is in use daily. My picture copies are so clear one would think they were professionals.

Nice AllInOne Printer but can't make it wireless

I bought it because it was supposed to be Macbook pro friendly and it had the best reviews on a certain website. Unfortunately I didn't have the same success. I can not get it to print wirelessly. Tried numerous websites for ideas and downloaded a bunch of drivers and upgrades. Maybe because I had recently upgraded to Lion there is still some teething issues. So far I have only used it for printing. Will try the scanning features later this week.
