Epson Stylus NX420 All-in-One Printer

Just installed the Epson Stylus NX420 All-in-One Printer. I got an error message stating that there was NO ink. These are NEW cartridges.
I followed the directions at the trouble shooting menu. It was NO help at all. I will try to return the printer tomorrow and get my money back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great but prints slow over WiFi

It works great but it prints very slow over Wi Fi. The installation disk forced me to restart my computer TWO times but after that it worked great and installed in less than 7 minutes. I printed a document over Wi Fi and it took about 5 minutes to print(it was even in BLACK AND WHITE) Other than that it works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

one suggestion - next time DON'T make the cable going into the printer in a recessed position - just have it out there, same as the electrtical plug - took me a 20 minutes to get it in there - it's not rocket science but it was so unnecessarily difficult.

Great copy quality, great colour quality, scanner works just fine, no problem with feed

One exception: trying to hook-up to network with other computer in the office, instructions could be made simpler with an additional CD or something... still like EPSON products!
Good value for dollar, ink resonably priced too!

I purchased this printer to-day. Easy to set up. It works fine but very noisy compared to my old printer that died. It is a good printer for the money.

This product it's perfect!!! It's affordable and it has a lot of different features that I personally love. Very simple to use and very convenience too. Thank you it makes me happy when a product simplifies my life. Job well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
