Noisy but great for the price.

This printer is very, very noisy and a little slow but works very well. The quality of the printing is very good. Definitely a great printer for the price!

The price is right, but it is difficult to install. Directions should indicate that the "on" as well as the "start button need to be activated in order to install ink. In addition the USB plug is hard to connect. Lot a noise compared to my previous Stylus that I wpiuld still be using if it had been compatable with Windows 7

Epson Stylus NX420

This is the second Epson printer I have acquired. The first a Stylus RX595 and now the NX420. The RX595 has performed flawlessly for many years and I expect the same from the NX420. The 420 is wireless and I was please how simple the set up was. All other functions are very user friendly, even more so than the earlier 595. It is a good buy for the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So Far, excellent setup, quick, accurate instructions, and tech service. Printing accurate and operation o.k. Great manual, reasonable cost of printer and ink cost reasonable. Operation noise not important and only problem- exit ramp for paper could break easily if not watched.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Straight out of the box the printer was easy to unpack. Instructions clear and step by step. Installation effortless and successful the first time around. Print quality: Excellent
Level of vibration: Minimal
Noise level: Minimal
Quality of build: Very good
Advertising is true to their word. Printer is the easiest install I have ever had. Easier than three other brands. This is the fastest, quietest and most vibration free printer to date. Best print quality for text and color so far. Have not printed any photos yet, will update my review when I do.
