my son told me to get your product,I am so happy i did.
was easy to connect to my Mac book and I am not a good at putting anything together!!!!!!

Comparing printers

Purchased a Epson nx420.... was wary because we purchased a printer for our home computer and have nothing but problems! This one works like a charm... quiet and efficient... scanning is a snap also! Love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

NX-420 printer

Works fine. I had a lot of trouble getting it into my network, but it works OK now. Ink from Epson is reasonably priced. Scanner is excellent.

Decent printer with slow scanner

I just bought this printer today.
I have printed only black+white documents so far but it prints clearly so good. But it takes for long time to scan!
I had to scan more than 10 pages of paper into my pc to email. The documents are not color but it took almost 1 min. per page. I used to have printers from other manufactures and they didn't take this long.
And when it feeds paper in to print, it makes loud noise like something got broken so that scares me. I'm glad that I bought 2yr protection plan from the store I purchased.
I don't use printer very often so it's ok for me but if you use daily, you need to buy better one.

I love my printer except I had trouble getting it to work . It needs to be easier to put into the computer. It really is a good printer the pictures are sharp and clear. I would tell others about it my brothers son said it was one of the best I'll go along with that.

A little problem

I hit a road block when trying to print the outline view in Power Point, and could not do Print Preview either.
I have only used it for 2 days. Otherwise it seems to work well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i think this printer is really cool because you can scan things like pictures and you can also print pictures in from your memory card. this printer is also cool beacuse i've never got this kind printer before and i really like it having this printer.

VERY POOR PERFORMANCE

The printer worked for about a day and then started having paper feed issues. It just won't print at all now. The color in the copy feature is all off and distorted. I have been using Epson printers for years, and never had a problem. Your product development department needs major improvement. I just might return this printer if this keeps up.
