Software Problem

Although printer works very well, I am unable to open the "EPSON Scan" program and, therefore, check such things as my ink cartrage levels. Could you please pro-vide some technical support here?

Great options

I have recently purchased the Epson NX420 after being highly disappointed with another printer brand.
The Epson seems to have all the options I need in a printer: Borderless printing, good scans, separate ink cartridges etc.,
However, I was dismayed to find that it prints all my photos much darker than they were taken. Photos with perfect exposures end up too dark and are hard to view. I used Epson photo paper and I have tried printing using different settings and nothing seems to solve the problem. I have even adjusted the exposure of my photos to lighten them before printing but this doesn't correct the problem well either. In summary, this is a good lightweight office printer but I wouldn't use it for photos.

Nice printer for the price. Paper loading doesn't work as smoothly as many printers I have owned. Easy Photo Print is a nice feature.

The printer itself was very easy to setup. I love the fact that I can print wirelessly and never have to worry about cords any more. The printer is a bit loud but other than that, it's great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ink Cartridges

I love my Epson Stylus NX420, but I do not like the size of the ink cartridges! They run out very quickly and the black cartridges I tried to order online have been out of stock for quite some time now.
