i would rate my epson as excellent.. i use it mainly to scan photos and newsletters since i am building my own personal blog... i also would recommend it for its printing capabilities... so far i use my usb cable, i have not tried its wireless capabilities but the printer is great it also can print smaller photos if need be. i would recommend it to others for the very reasonable price. the ink is also available everywhere.

step by step

this was so easy to install and it was step by step, the easiest printer I have ever installed. worked on both my wifes and my computer with ease, only draw back is the ink cartridges are new so they are not widely available yet, but epson sells them pretty cheap, and there are 4 different ones so only have to replace the one you need.....thank epson

Directions for set up and installation were extremely clear and had everything up and running in just a few minutes. the NX420 has all the features I need and would recommend it for any home office installation.

Once set up, it works well. I have Windows 7 64 bit, so it would not set up from the instructions/disc that came with the printer and I had to go up to the support site for assistance. It took a little time to download the right software necessary to run the printer wirelessly. The system works well. It is a little loud, but for the money it does what I expect. The print quality is good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Epson Stylus is easy to install whether through the computer or the printer itself. It walks you through the process with step by step instructions and pictures. Also, the printer has various capabilities such as scanning, easy photo printing, and regular printing/copying. It is wireless or can be hooked up to the computer. It is easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a top of the line printer.

Quick, easy, painless set up process. Thanks for making it so easy. I was completed in 10 minutes which included opening the box. I like that only one ink cartridge has to be replaced at a time and that you can select black only printing.
