Can't Find Wireless network

So all my computers show strong network signal. My network is open. Yet the printer can't see my network. Your manual does not offer much help. I can USB in, but can't do any diagnostics from my laptop. Simple set up? NO WAY. Should be plug and play.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

decent printer decent price

I'm happy I bougt this. It prints pretty quickly, the color prints are clear. The wireless connection doesn't hurt the deal, and the ink cartridges aren't too expensive, which helps on a teacher budget. The only con is that it didn't come with the USB cord and you need that to send scans to the computer. Surprising since, my old Epson came with everything it needed.

one of the best printers on the market...simple to operate and the value is worth it. easy to install to0 in wireless mode and all in one features is the best including top loading thing.

I love my Epson Stylus NX420 ink jet printer and would be sad if I had NOT purchased it. I even saved $100.00 when I bought it!!

Its fine excpet the scanner isn't communicating with my computer, no updated driver for Vista. Using USB cable.
Guess I'll have to try to go wireless and try that.

Over all I love Espon printers and scanners. This one would be better if Ink were available at most of the online ink suppliers.
Ink supply not so good
Printing quality excellent.

I recently purchased this NX420 for the all-in-one plus wi-fi features and am totally satisfied with the performance and quality. I had some difficulity setting up the wi-fi myself but the phone tech support solved the issues completely......this is my second Epson printer and seems to be a fine product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
